The plaque is weather resistant and equipped with weather-resistant strips for easy placement on the headstone. Measuring 3 x 3 inches, it’s designed for easy scanning with any smartphone.

  2. Upload Your Video: Visit www.myremembranceqr.com and navigate to the upload video tab, conveniently located in the top menu of the website. This page is password protected for privacy, but fret not! We’ll provide you with a password to share with family and friends, enabling them to upload their media files seamlessly.

  3. Compilation and Approval: Once the submission deadline of 14 days has elapsed, our team combines the submitted videos. Before finalizing, we send the compilation to you for approval. You have the authority to request any stories, videos, or photos to be omitted according to your preferences.

  4. Integration with QR Database: Upon approval, your video is uploaded to our QR database. Whenever the QR code on the plaque is scanned, the uploaded video will be displayed, allowing friends and family to cherish the memories shared.
